Impartiality Policy
RG Catalyst Algeria is committed to impartiality, transparency, and integrity in all certification activities, ensuring compliance with ISO/IEC 17024 via its public announced policy. It applies to all personnel, committees, subcontractors, and stakeholders involved in certification, including assessment, decision-making, and governance.
Policy Statement
Certification decisions are based solely on objective evidence. No commercial, financial, personal, or external pressures may influence certification outcomes. Certification staff are prohibited from delivering training or consulting related to certification schemes. All personnel must declare and manage conflicts of interest immediately.
Governance
Impartiality Committee: Independent body with internal and external stakeholders overseeing impartiality. Top Management Commitment: Leadership ensures resources and oversight. Separation of Functions: Certification decisions are independent from assessment, training, and commercial activities.
Risk Management
Risks identified include financial dependency, resource limitations, overseas operations, training center overlap, and facility risks. Each risk is assessed (Low/Medium/High), mitigation actions documented, and effectiveness reviewed annually.
Personnel Obligations
Annual Conflict of Interest Declarations signed by all certification staff. Immediate disclosure of emerging conflicts. Breaches of impartiality may result in disciplinary action.
Transparency
The Policy and committee activities are available to stakeholders upon request. Stakeholders may provide feedback on impartiality practices.
Review
The Policy reviewed annually by the Impartiality Committee and approved by Top Management. Continuous improvement measures are incorporated to maintain compliance.
